Track work in San Diego County being performed Jan. 7-9 and Jan. 21-23 will result in some cancellations of Amtrak’s Pacific Surfliner trains.
On Saturdays and Sundays, Trains 572 is cancelled with no alternate transportation provided.
Train 594 will not operate but passengers will be accommodated via Bus 3594 between Los Angeles and San Diego, making all intermediate station stops, except San Clemente Pier and San Juan Capistrano.
Trains 562, 564, 580, 588, 770, 774 and 784 will terminate at Irvine, with alternate transportation provided for all but Train 562. Substitute buses will make all intermediate station stops en route to San Diego except at San Clemente Pier and San Juan Capistrano.
Trains 573 and 583 are cancelled with no alternate transportation provided. Train 761 is canceled between San Diego and Los Angeles with no alternate transportation provided.
Trains 567, 581, 591, 595, 765, 777 and 785 will originate at Irvine, with alternate transportation provided between San Diego and Irvine, making all intermediate station stops, except San Clemente Pier and San Juan Capistrano.
On Jan. 21, Train 594 is canceled with alternate transportation being provided on Bus 3594, south from Los Angeles to San Diego, serving all missed stops, except San Clemente Pier and San Juan Capistrano.
