Track work being conducted by Canadian National and BNSF will result in delays and detours for some Lincoln Service trains and the Texas Eagle on Saturday (July 27).
Amtrak said Trains 21, 22, 300, 301, 302 and 303 will incur delays of 30 to 45 minutes due to speed restrictions.
Passengers at Joliet, Illinois, will board their train at Metra’s Rock Island District station.
All of the affected trains will skip the stop at Summit, Illinois. No alternative transportation is being provided to Summit.
